Shipping costs

The shipping cost for all orders is 10.00 CAD. This flat rate ensures that you know exactly what to expect when placing your order with Happy Mystery Scoops, no matter the size of your scoop!

Delivery times

You can expect to receive your mystery scoops in about 2 weeks from the date of your order. We ship your order within 3-5 business days, but delivery times may be a bit longer depending on the carrier. If your order is expected to take longer, we will contact you to let you know.

Shipping destinations

At this time, we only ship within Canada. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future, but for now, we appreciate your understanding.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your Happy Mystery Scoops. We will handle each situation individually and do our best to find a fair resolution.
